Interpretation of regulations
The main differences between the old and new ErP regulations and energy efficiency labeling regulations:
1. Energy efficiency requirements EEI calculation formula changes;
2. Increased requirements for peak white brightness ratio;
3. Increased requirements for off mode, standby and network standby modes;
4. Added requirements for dismantling of equipment, recycling of component materials and labeling of related materials;
5. The division of energy efficiency grades is from Class A to Class G;
6. Add HDR information and QR code to the label;
7. In addition to displaying relevant information on packaging, product information and websites, it is also necessary to upload relevant information to the EPREL database, that is, to register.
Certification process
1. The customer prepares samples and materials, and AGC opens the case;

Value-added services
From March 1, 2021, energy efficiency labels for electronic display products will be enforced, and the original regulations will be abolished at the same time.
