China energy efficiency certification includes China energy label certification and China energy-saving product certification.

1. China Energy Label Certification

China's energy label certification is implemented in accordance with the requirements of the "Energy Efficiency Label Management Measures" issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine in 2004, and is a compulsory certification. All products listed in the "Catalog" shall be marked with a unified energy efficiency label on the conspicuous place of the product or the smallest package of the product, and shall be stated in the product manual.

According to the energy efficiency implementation rules of the product, the energy efficiency label of the product should be filed with the authorized institution one by one by the manufacturer or importer according to the product specifications and models, and at the same time, the relevant filing materials should be filled out on the "China Energy Efficiency Labeling Network".

The products currently enforced by China’s energy efficiency are: monitors, LCD TVs, plasma TVs, rice cookers, induction cookers, household washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners, storage-type electric water heaters, energy-saving lamps, high-pressure sodium lamps, printers, photocopiers, electricity fan…

2. China Energy Conservation Product Certification

China Energy Conservation Product Certification is a voluntary energy conservation certification carried out by China Energy Conservation Product Certification Center for some electronic products, and it issues energy conservation certification certificates for products that meet the certification standards.

Certification mode: product testing + product conformity inspection + post-certification supervision
