Testing

Through the detection and evaluation of occupational hazard factors, it can provide guidance and technical basis for enterprises to improve occupational disease protection measures, provide technical reference opinions for occupational health inspection, prevent and reduce occupational health risks, strengthen and standardize occupational health management, and provide a basis for the health administrative department to implement daily supervision and management of the enterprise.

The main evaluation items include: construction project occupational hazard evaluation, occupational health status evaluation, occupational health control effect evaluation and testing, occupational health status evaluation and testing, occupational hazard factors in the workplace regularly testing, accident testing, supervisory testing, occupational health technical service consultation and so on.

1. Evaluation of occupational hazards in construction projects

There are three major projects including pre-evaluation of occupational health, special articles on the design of protective facilities for occupational hazard factors, and evaluation of occupational health control effect, carried out simultaneously.

2. Evaluation of occupational health status

Refers to the comprehensive evaluation of occupational hazard factors and exposure levels in the employer's workplace, occupational disease protection facilities and occupational disease protection measures and effects, and the impact of occupational hazards on the health of workers. 

The first and second services are based on the standards: "The Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases", "Measures for Simultaneous Supervision and Administration of Occupational-disease-Prevention Facilities in Construction Projects" Order No. 90 of the State Administration of Work Safety, "Regulations on the Administration of Occupational Hygiene in Workplaces" Order No. 5 of the National Health Commission (2020).

Evaluation significance: Employers should strictly abide by national occupational health standards in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, implement occupational disease prevention measures, and control and eliminate occupational hazards from the source.

5. Regular inspection of occupational hazards in the workplace

Items 3, 4, and 5 test contents include:

Physical factors: UHF radiation, high frequency radiation, power frequency electric field, microwave radiation, ultraviolet radiation, high temperature, noise, hand vibration and manual labor intensity classification;

Chemical factors: total dust concentration (welding fume, grinding wheel dust, cement dust, etc.), respirable dust concentration, free silica content, heavy metals (manganese, nickel, sodium, lead, copper, etc.), rare earth metals and other metals and their compounds, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, carbon disulfide, nitric oxide, ammonia, cyanide, phosphorus and their compounds, ozone, hydrogen peroxide, sulfur dioxide, sulfur trioxide and sulfuric acid, hydrogen sulfide, chlorine, hydrogen chloride, solvent gasoline, liquefied petroleum gas, turpentine, wax smoke, cyclohexane, benzene series, chloroform, vinyl chloride, acetone, formaldehyde, TDI, MDI, formic acid, propionic acid, oxalic acid, phosgene, acetonitrile, trimethylamine, ethylenediamine, ethanolamine, tetrahydrofuran, dichlorvos, dimethoate, cortisone, etc.

According to the standards: "The Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases", "Measures for Simultaneous Supervision and Administration of Occupational-disease-Prevention Facilities in Construction Projects" Order No. 90 of the State Administration of Work Safety, "Regulations on the Administration of Occupational Hygiene in Workplaces" Order No. 5 of the National Health Commission (2020), "Management Regulations on Periodic Inspection of Occupational Hazard Factors of Employers" (General Administration of Work Safety [2015] No. 16).

Evaluation significance: comprehensively understand the distribution and concentration (strength) of occupational hazard factors in the workplace, discover hidden dangers, and protect workers' health; provide materials for the declaration of occupational hazard factors; provide basis for occupational health examination. 

6. Accident testing

It is suitable for emergency sampling and monitoring when occupational hazard accidents occur in the workplace, to grasp the law of accidents, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of accidents.
7. Supervised testing

Professional consultation, commissioned by government departments, law enforcement testing.

8. Occupational health technical service consultation

Including occupational health management system construction, occupational hygiene and health surveillance file setting, and EHS management training.
